\n\tThrough Barcelona Activa, the Barcelona City Council has launched an aid programme for self-employed workers in order to free the self-employed from part of the costs they must bear during the first year of activity.<\/div>\n

\n\t\tHow much is the grant?<\/h2>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\tThe amount of the subsidy will be calculated for expenses justified at the time of making the application (excluding VAT), must be in the name of a single applicant and within the maximum grant limits according to age on the date of commencement of activity:<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\t– 3. 600 € for people from 31 to 39 years old<\/div>\n
\n\t– 4,000 € in the case of an age of 30 years or less or 40 years or more.<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n

\n\t\tWhat expenses are subsidize?<\/h2>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\t– Social security contributions<\/div>\n
\n\t– Taxes related to the start of economic activity and the first establishment<\/div>\n
\n\t– Consultancy and consultancy fees<\/div>\n
\n\t– Rental of premises or offices for tax purposes<\/div>\n
\n\t– Rental of work spaces and\/or services provided for these establishments in relation to professional activity<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n

\n\t\tWho can apply for the grant?<\/h2>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\tAll persons registered in Barcelona who have started a new economic activity such as:<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\t– Self-employed workers (male and female entrepreneurs)<\/div>\n
\n\t– New members of worker cooperatives<\/div>\n
\n\tProvided they meet the following requirements:<\/div>\n
\n\t– Have started a new economic activity as of January 1, 2015<\/div>\n
\n\t– Registration as an individual businesswoman or businesswoman in the city of Barcelona as a public prosecutor<\/div>\n
\n\t– Registration in the city of Barcelona at least three months before registration as a public prosecutor<\/div>\n
\n\t– Be unemployed before the start of the activity<\/div>\n
\n\t– Not having registered the RETA for the same activity in the year prior to the date of registration<\/div>\n
\n\t– Be up to date with tax obligations<\/div>\n
\n\t– The members of work cooperatives under the RETA will have to fulfil the same conditions<\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n
