The personal data we process comes from the interested party himself/herself, or from his/her legal representative, who guarantees its veracity and authenticity. 6. TRANSFER OF DATA
Your data will not be communicated to third parties, except to companies of the same business group and for the same purposes, or because the Law requires it, and/or the competent authorities require it, under the terms and conditions established by law, or is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the treatment; is what is known as PROCESSOR, in these cases, we will ensure compliance with all those technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee its security and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access and other obligations required by current regulations.
No international data transfers will be made, except in the case of activation of Google Analytics cookies, or the use of the Drive storage service, a service provided by Google INC., and the WhatsApp service, supplier companies with servers in USA and which therefore involves an international transfer of data. At any time you can request access to your data, to find out if we process them, what they are and for what purposes; however, you also have the right to:

7.1. What is the procedure to exercise your rights?

If you finally consider that we have not properly taken care of your rights, you can file a claim with the AEPD.
8. SECURITY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED
CINC will treat your data in an absolutely confidential manner and in compliance with the duty of secrecy regarding the same, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, in particular article 32 of the RGPD; adopting to this effect the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your data and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed. In particular, we have adopted the relevant and mandatory measures established in the personal data protection regulations, relating to: staff functions and obligations, event registration, media and document management, access control, identification and authentication , backup and recovery, as well as the necessary and mandatory measures in accordance with local regulations. 9. CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY
CINC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy when it deems it appropriate in order to adapt it to any new legislation that may be relevant. All changes and modifications will be published on our website in a visible way for your knowledge.
