For what purpose do we process your data?

In CINC we treat the information provided by interested parties in order to:

  • Manage the relationship with our customers, partners and users;
  • Manage the queries made;
  • Manage registrations for training, courses and other activities;
  • Manage the commercial relationship by sending information to customers, users and interested parties.

With your data we will not send advertising based on automated decisions such as profiling without your consent.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data you provide us with will be kept:

  • For the duration of our business relationship;
  • As long as you do not oppose the treatment, or ask us to delete the data;
  • As long as your data must be kept due to a legal obligation.

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?

The legal basis for the treatment of your data is:

  • execution of a contract or contractual relationship, in the case of customers and suppliers;
  • express consent obtained from the interested party, in the case of interested parties who request information from us;
  • legitimate and subsidiary interest of the person in charge, in the case of other clients.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Your personal data will not be communicated to any other company, nor will it be used for any other purpose, except for the legitimate transfer we may make to companies in the same group, unless:

  • The communication is made in the legitimate and considered interest of the person in charge;

What are your rights?
