Flexible offices are here to stay

In today's ever-changing environment, the dynamics in traditional offices are gradually adapting, and the entry of teleworking into this equation is causing the growth of workspaces, making them more flexible and specializing.

In this new phase, although the interests of companies and workers seem different, in reality they are not so disparate. And, according to the latest surveys, such as the one carried out by the Spanish Chambers of Commerce, 84% of workers prefer to telework between 2 and 3 days a week for a better work-life balance, as well as for savings in time and money in travel and food. Furthermore, with regard to companies, the Alares Foundation has also carried out a study that indicates that 58.31% of them will continue with teleworking dynamics once the pandemic ends.

An example of this is that more and more companies are opting for flexible offices, which bring together meeting and relationship points, workstations, training rooms and adaptability of spaces in real time. So, in short, the consolidation of flexible workspaces is already palpable, and we can say that they have come to stay.
