Approval of the calendar of public holidays 2023

Order EMT/81/2022 of 21 April establishing the official calendar of public holidays in Catalonia for 2023.
 
The calendar of public holidays for 2023 has been approved, to which local councils may add two local holidays.
 
The following public holidays will be public holidays in Catalonia:
  • 6 January (Epiphany), Friday.
  • 7 April (Good Friday), Friday.
  • 10 April (Easter Monday), Monday.
  • 1 May (Labour Day), Monday.
  • 24 June (St. John's Day), Saturday.
  • 15 August (Assumption), Tuesday.
  • 11 September (Catalonia National Day), Monday.
  • 12 October (Spanish National Day), Thursday.
  • 1 November (All Saints' Day), Wednesday.
  • 6 December (Constitution Day), Wednesday.
  • 8 December (Immaculate Conception Day), Friday.
  • 25 December (Christmas), Monday.
  • 26 December (St. Stephen's Day), Tuesday.
