After little more than a year of teleworking due to the pandemic, it seems that most companies are already missing face-to-face work and are starting to plan a gradual return to the office. Will we have to say goodbye to remote work? What factors have motivated this imminent return to the workplace?

Because of the pandemic, in order to prevent movement and maintain activity, many companies have been forced to interrupt their presence in the usual offices and implementing telework. For this reason, many companies have decided to go for flexible offices, since they allow them to adapt to their needs in real time depending on the space and number of people.

The quarantine has opened the eyes of workers and companies, who have become aware of the possibility of working in other spaces, beyond their own offices.

In today's ever-changing environment, the dynamics in traditional offices are gradually adapting, and the entry of teleworking into this equation is causing the growth of workspaces, making them more flexible and specializing.

A limitation that many entrepreneurs and freelancers have when they start their activity is the fact of not having a professional space. In this sense, using our home address to establish the headquarters of a business involves a double risk, since it is taking away credibility and at the same time compromising our private life.
