Tot i aix\u00f2, encara que els comunicats ja no es lliuren, sorgeix el dubte de si cal notificar d&#8217;alguna manera l&#8217;inici o la fi de la baixa. Qu\u00e8 han de fer realment els empleats en aquestes situacions?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Tribunal Suprem ha aclarit recentment aquest aspecte, en determinar que els treballadors han de notificar a la seva empresa quan estan de baixa m\u00e8dica, independentment de si lliuren o no el comunicat de baixa. Tot i que la normativa actual eximeix els empleats de presentar el document f\u00edsic del metge, l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 d&#8217;informar l&#8217;empresa sobre la seva incapacitat laboral es mant\u00e9 intacta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta decisi\u00f3 busca assegurar que les relacions laborals flueixin amb transpar\u00e8ncia i evitar possibles conflictes derivats de la manca de comunicaci\u00f3. La nova normativa va simplificar el proc\u00e9s per als treballadors, que ara no s&#8217;han de preocupar pel lliurament f\u00edsic del comunicat al seu ocupador. Tot i aix\u00f2, continua sent necessari que l&#8217;empleat mantingui la seva empresa al corrent del seu estat de salut i de l&#8217;inici de la seva baixa m\u00e8dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, aquesta decisi\u00f3 subratlla la import\u00e0ncia de la bona fe i la comunicaci\u00f3 clara entre ocupador i treballador. La sent\u00e8ncia destaca que l&#8217;empresa necessita saber el motiu de l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia del treballador per gestionar correctament els recursos i evitar problemes de gesti\u00f3 del seu equip.
