Network @ CINC: Leadership and talent management in organizations

The next Network @ CINC organized by the 22 @ Network and the International Business Centre of Catalonia will be held on July 14 in CINC and try on Leadership and talent management in organizations.

A strategy of creating value. The changes in the environment lead us to go beyond good management practices. We need to mobilize the talents of individuals and organizations contribute to talent.

Therefore, we need to learn the latest technology and organizational unlearning mental patterns that no longer serve us and learn new ones to add value to what we do.
